Spiral Classifier

Spiral classifier is also known as mineral processing spiral classifier, which is a kind of mechanical grading equipment. It is developed based on the difference of solid particle sizes, proportion and settling velocity in liquids of ores, so that the floated fine particles will flow away; the coarse particles will sink to the bottom and then discharged after being pushing by the spiral.

Applications of Spiral Classifier:

Spiral classifier is often combined with ball mill to form the closed cycle process for splitting mineral sand; used for the gravity concentrator to grade ore and fine mud; size classification of ore dressing process; the dehydration and washing operations.
