1. The model of roller bearing

Since impact crusher usually works in harsh conditions for a long time, it will aggravate the wear to the roller bearing. It worth mentioning that roller bearing is not only very expensive in price, but also very difficult to change, so we should choose correct model for roller bearing.

2. The stress state of roller bearing

The impact load acting on the bearing depends mainly on the momentum acting on the roller and the support flexibility of the bearing seat. Increasing bearing seat's support flexibility can lighten the impact load on the bearing. To this end, we can insert a rubber sheet with reasonable thickness between the bearing and the support frame, to absorb part of vibration energy and improve bearing's stress state.

3. The balance of the roller

The roller is of large weight and high rotating speed. The casting deviation and the mass deviation caused by the installation of hammer will make the roller generate imbalanced centrifugal force and force the machine to vibrate. Therefore, the roller must be conducted by balance test.
