Sawdust dryer is designed for drying wood, sawdust, spile and wood pellet, so that it can also be called wood dryer which is widely used in industrial and agricultural production.
The sawdust rotary dryer is suitable for the drying work before the materials briquetting, which also fits for the drying of charcoal, sawdust, corn stalks, wood chips, mulberry leaves and so on.
The components of sawdust drying machine include hot-air furnace, feeding inlet, rotating cylinder, filter tube, material conveying pipe, cooling tube, discharging port and so on. The rotating cylinder is located in the riding wheel, the driving roller is driven by reducer and the power of reducer is provided by electrical motor in order to realize the purpose of low speed rotation of cylinder. The feeding port is set between hot-air furnace and rotating cylinder. Inside the cylinder, there is a lifting board. During the rotation of rotating cylinder, the lifting board raises the materials, which makes the materials and hot air fully mixed so as to rapidly dry the materials.
