Rotary dryer has the features such as wide application range, easy operation, high operation efficiency, and it is widely used in drying the clay, coal, slag, gravel, coal and other materials in the cement industry. When rotary drum dryer dries material, hot air or hot flue gas passes heat to the material which can evaporate the moisture and make the water vapor after drying discharged out of the dryer relying on the effect of ventilation equipment at the same time.
The length and diameter of the dryer can be made to different length and size according to the needs. On the premise of guarantying the material drying, we should try our best to achieve the goals of saving fuel and reducing pollution.
Rotary drying machine is placed in the horizontal plane by using the supporting device, and one end of the dryer is higher, while the other is lower. Riding wheel can lift cylinder and rotate. That is why it is called rotary dryer cylinder. There is ring gear outside the cylinder, and ring gear can rotate under the drive of the motor when rotary dryer works.
With the development of modern science and technology, the rotary dryer is becoming more and more large-scaled, refined, automatic, and it is trying to meet the requirements of more and more industries.
