Lignite dryer or brown coal dryer is a kind of drying equipment which is used to improve the quality of lignite professionally. The lignite drying machine adopts vibration drying technology and can remove the moisture in lignite to below 10%, and improve 20% of thermal efficiency cooperating with combustion furnace. Its operation is simple, safe and reliable. It is very widely used in coal preparation plant, power plant, wood processing plant, etc.
1. Lignite coal dryer has big capacity, and it is suitable for mass production, and its production capacity can reach two hundred tons per hour.
2. Low operating cost, high heat transfer efficiency, incomparable compared with ordinary drum dryer.
3. The material running speed can be adjusted at any time to meet the demand for the drying requirements of different materials.
4. Tail gas purification device can purify and dispose tail gas and guarantee the discharged tail gas reach the emission standards.
