River sand dryer is a dryer able to process a large amount of materials. Because it has many advantages, such as reliable operation, big operational flexibility, strong adaptive capacity and large handling capacity, it is widely used in the metallurgy, building materials, food, light industry, chemical, coal, and medicine and mining industries.
River sand dryer is composed of the following parts: cylinder, blocking roller, dragging roller, pinion, discharging part, feed plate, reducer, motor, air way, feeding chute, furnace, etc. Besides, other machines can be matched according to the requirements of users.
1. River sand dryer has the advantages such as strong overload capacity, large capacity, less fuel consumption and low drying cost.
2. River sand dryer adopts downstream drying method, and the hot air and wet material enter the drying machine by the same side, which can obtain high evaporation strength by taking the advantage of high temperature air. Dryer has low outlet temperature and high thermal efficiency.
3. River sand dryer can change operation parameters according to the different material properties, and make material form stable whole curtain fabric in the dryer cylinder, quality, which can make the heat exchange more fully.
4. River sand dryer adopts new feeding and discharging devices which eliminates the phenomena of vertical dryer, such as feeding jams, discontinuous, uneven, returning material and so on, and reduces the load of dust removal system.
