Drum dryer or dryer drum is cylindrical, and it can be used for drying a variety of materials, such as chicken manure, sand, clay, kaolin, ore, etc. Drum drying machine has a wide application in the traditional industry and modern industry.
Rotary Drum dryer is mainly composed of the rotary plate, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device and sealing device. The rotary part is circular cylinder and placed in horizontal plane in the state of horizontal tilt.
Under the drive of motor, reducer drives cylinder rotating through gear, and materials will be fed from the higher end and hot air goes into the cylinder from lower end. Material slowly slides to the lower end due to the action of gravity, and in the process, material mixes with hot air fully to achieve the purpose of drying material.
