The Working Principle of Industry Dryer

Industrial dryer is mainly composed of gyrorotor, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. Drying drum is a cylinder which is slightly tilted compared with horizon. Material is fed from the higher end, the high temperature hot wind and material flow into the cylinder, wet material entering the drying cylinder is repeatedly raised and scattered by the lifting plate on the wall of rotary drum, in the process of falling down, material is crushed into tiny particles by the crushing device and realizes the full contact with hot air and reaches the drying purpose. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material runs to the lower end due to the action of gravity.
